C2 members please……
THINK over again why we join BB???
BB emphasize on discipline and do you actually show a good discipline manner???
If not change it now!!!! It can really help you in your life.
ALWAYS think of the relationship between BB and your life. BB is not just join for nothing….. RELATE BB’s principle into your life and you will find out your own mistake.

What is it mean by relate BB in your life???

AS AN EXAMPLE:
· Do you stand straight when you sing the Anchor Song?
If yes, you should also do that when you sing the national anthem
· Do you talk while in ‘sedia’ position when drill?
If yes, you should not talk also during ‘perhimpunan’ in school.

Then, you won’t just be an example in BB but to all the people around us!!!!!!!!!!

Well……….. You want to know why I join BB? I join BB because BB is very EXTREMELY fun!!!!!!!! The end…. What??!!! You want to know more? Ok, I’ll share it with you all. (Relax hahahahahahaha :D)

Previously, I’m from the scout of SMKTD. I just love drill very much. I don’t care whatever things happen. Whether the sky will fall or not, I don’t care but I just wanna do some DRILL!!!!!!!! That year, 2006 I joined the drill team of the scout and we got last placing. Hahahahahaha funny right? Can’t believe my achievement? Juz believe it. BB got champion for koko drill that year. In scout, I’m always impressed by the drill quality of BB. The seniors there often told me that the BB boys’ boots have some metal things. That time I’m wondering how can a pair of boots have stud at the bottom.

IN 2007, one day in MARCH……. It was a windy night………. That time I got very sad and kept on crying with the Mathematics questions. Suddenly, I also don’t know how……….-_- BB came into my mind. I kept on thinking whether I should join BB or not. Finally, here came my decision (drum roll)….. I WANT TO JOIN BB!!!!!!!!!!

There are many reasons that make me join BB. Here are the reasons:
1. Cool drill boots
The first impression that BB gave me before I joined is that the boots with stud. I juz enjoy hearing the sound as the BB boys walk in front of me. IT is Soooooo COOOOOOOOOL!!!!!!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Drill Interest
I’m a person that LOVE drill very very much!!!!!!!!!!!! As I always say
NO DRILL NO LIFE
That’s why I joined BB cause they did so well in the 2006 drill competition that caught my heart.

3. Friendship
As you all know there are so call 3 BB LEGENDs: Cock, Duck and the Penguin!!!
They are Eric, Ewe Jin and me. We three joined the scout in year 2006 and joined BB together in year 2007. We are friends!!!!!!!! SO to all de new guys, dun and never ever says that BB is very boring cause it is not a good REASON for you not to join BB. Friendz…….. make everything change in my life. I’ll never feel boring when I’m with them. Another phrase……… Guezz what will I say. It is not I think but it is I’M SURE THAT 100%+200%= NO FRIENDS NO LIFE!!! Mwahahahahahahaha!!!!!

So……….. NOW you know why I joined BB. Hehehehehehe!!!!! I juz LOVE BB!!!!!!

A good leader has an exemplary character. It is of utmost importance that a leader is trustworthy to lead others. A leader needs to be trusted and be known to live their life with honestly and integrity. A good leader “walks the talk” and in doing so earns the right to have responsibility for others. True authority is born from respect for the good character and trustworthiness of the person who leads.

A good leader is enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as leader. People will respond more openly to a person of passion and dedication. Leaders need to be able to be a source of inspiration, and be a motivator towards the required action or cause. Although the responsibilities and roles of a leader may be different, the leader needs to be seen to be part of the team working towards the goal. This kind of leader will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty.

A good leader is confident. In order to lead and set direction a leader needs to appear confident as a person and in the leadership role. Such a person inspires confidence in others and draws out the trust and best efforts of the team to complete the task well. A leader who conveys confidence towards the proposed objective inspires the best effort from team members.

A leader also needs to function in an orderly and purposeful manner in situations of uncertainty. People look to the leader during times of uncertainty and unfamiliarity and find reassurance and security when the leader portrays confidence and a positive demeanor.

Good leaders are tolerant of ambiguity and remain calm, composed and steadfast to the main purpose. Storms, emotions, and crises come and go and a good leader takes these as part of the journey and keeps a cool head.

A good leader, as well as keeping the main goal in focus, is able to think analytically. Not only does a good leader view a situation as a whole, but is able to break it down into sub parts for closer inspection. While keeping the goal in view, a good leader can break it down into manageable steps and make progress towards it.

A good leader is committed to excellence. Second best does not lead to success. The good leader not only maintains high standards, but also is proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas.
These seven personal characteristics are foundational to good leadership. Some characteristics may be more naturally present in the personality of a leader. However, each of these characteristics can also be developed and strengthened. A good leader whether they naturally possess these qualities or not, will be diligent to consistently develop and strengthen them in their leadership role.
